What made me fall instantly in love with the Campus Lodge accommodation was its ambience. I was given the Studio room, located at ground level of Bishop Tower, and I’ve continued to reside there since December 2015. The room is fully-furnished with all the daily necessities and accessories and simply sitting outside on the porch in the evenings, listening to the birds chirp, soothes the mind and relaxes me.

As an international masters student from Germany I was looking for accommodation with the perfect mix between participating in the vivid campus life of the University of Queensland, being located centrally and also having my personal place of retreat. Campus Lodge was able to offer me exactly this package, which is why I had an amazing time living there and also why I would recommend it to everyone who is looking for accommodation. My personal highlights of living at Campus Lodge were the great balcony, the well equipped kitchen, the clean bathroom and the Gold Gym pass that comes as one of the many perks with living at Campus Lodge.

Campus Lodge was a fantastic place to live during my Masters studies. Close to UQ, public transport, and local shops & restaurants, it’s a great place to live if you’re wanting to really immerse yourself in the full university experience while remaining close to the city, My flatmates were great guys, friendly and a good laugh. I’ll cherish the memories of hanging out on the balcony with my friends after class, or reading a book while enjoying the morning sunlight. As someone who loves cooking, the kitchen is big with great natural light. My room was spacious, cozy, and had a big desk & wardrobe. Robyn & the maintenance team are always friendly and quick to act. I would highly recommend Campus Lodge – it was a core part of my UQ experience and I’ll reminisce fondly of the memories made there!

I have been a resident in Campus Lodge for the last 4 years, and it has been a wonderful experience. I am always thankful to Robyn and her team for being so friendly and helpful, and for offering assistance in such a prompt manner. I’m always impressed by their efficiency and helpfulness. I can always count on them being there, from keeping my parcels to fixing my lights to being a friendly face for me to see every so often and always being happy to have a chat when I enter the office, and they are always so willing to listen to feedback and display continual improvement. Their warmth has really made this place a home away from home for me, and I have enjoyed my time here in Campus Lodge. No matter where I go, I will always look back fondly at my time here in Campus Lodge. I chose Campus Lodge because of its distance to school, making it a convenient location, but I stayed on because of the warmth I felt from Robyn, Tania, Neil and the rest of the team, and it is one of the many reasons why Campus Lodge will always have a special place in my heart.

I stayed at Campus Lodge for the entire duration of my degree. I found it to be a very supportive environment and enjoyed my stay there. I found the administration staff at Cromwell College to be incredibly helpful and they promptly answered any questions I had. Living on campus was convenient for classes and for access to all of the university facilities such as the gym and libraries. I would recommend Campus Lodge to my friends.
