Campus Lodge is a self-catered, independent-living residential entity owned and managed by Cromwell College. Residents do not participate in College activities including sporting, cultural and social but have access to the College tutorial program and UQ Fitness & Aquatic Centre.
The contract is for 22 or 46 weeks and it is not a requirement to vacate during the semester holidays. Campus Lodge is a secure, very high-quality residential complex with an Onsite Manager, and apartments are partly serviced with bathrooms and kitchens being cleaned weekly.
There are two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments with shared bathrooms, each bedroom is lockable for privacy and security and is connected to the UQ computer network. There is air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, shared laundry facilities with free washing machines and dryers.
For those who prefer not to cook, we offer a ‘meal package’ of three meals per day for 17 weeks in the Cromwell College Dining Room during semester dates for $2,975 (approximately $8.30 per meal).
